 GenoMine, Inc. originated in the molecular genetics laboratory of the department of Life Science at Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH). At present, we are holding and applying for patents for several high valued functional genes and materials in plants and animals, and in the long run, we will dig out and patent groups of genes in large quantities that can be directly applied in agriculture by using plant genomic technology that we hold. Also, we will excavate useful genes related to aging, biological clock, development, and diseases in animals through genomic, and will patent them and sell them to domestic and foreign companies for commercialization.
